CaboMar Services was in charge of all the civil works of this house/studio for Mar Studio design team. The work was built in "cantelliever" due to the "rugged terrain" which seduces with excellent views of the marina of Puerto Los Cabos and local orchards in the Animas Bajas area in San Jose del Cabo.

The work achieved mention and was nominated for "Building of the Year" by Archdaily.com.
